Biog

Andy Brush has been a professional saxophonist since 1993.

He has travelled extensively throughout the world with various touring bands to such places as New York, Tokyo, Florida, Taiwan, Moscow, Barcelona and Rome to name a few. Also playing in many clubs and festivals across the UK and Europe. Some of the clients that Andy has performed for include, The Musicians Union, The BBC, Metropolitan Police, O2 Communications, Cambridge University and Royal Bank Of Scotland.
He has appeared on many live and studio recordings on CD, LP and DVD including the live concert CD/DVD “Secret Affair Live at The O2 Academy, Islington” plus demonstration CD’s for Panasonic keyboards.

He has been teaching private one to one saxophone lessons specialising in jazz and improvisation since 1995. As well as running saxophone workshops.

Andy has been working as a consultant for Trevor James saxophones since 2011. He has been extensively involved in the design and development of the Award Winning Signature Custom saxophones in close cooperation with some of the worlds top saxophonist’s including Andy Sheppard, Andy Snitzer (Rolling Stones/Paul Simon/Sting/Billy Joel), Dave O’Higgins, Eric Alexander, Ian Kirkham (Simply Red), Chris Bullock (Snarky Puppy), Steve Cole, Pee Wee Ellis and Julian Arguelles.
He is also the man behind the concept of the Award Winning Andy Sheppard Autograph Series saxophone and had a big part in the design and development of the sax alongside Worldwind technical manager Dave Farley and saxophone legend Andy Sheppard.
